INCLEMENT WEATHER
TACC will limit or cancel scheduled trips when hazardous road conditions are present. Listen to WOHS radio station, WBTV(3) or WSOC(9) television stations for delayed openings or closings.
HOLIDAYS
TACC observes the following holiday schedule and service will not be provided on these days: New Years Day (2 days); Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and Christmas (2 days). Call the TACC office for dates.
Seat belts must be worn at all times to ensure the safety of all riders. Ask the driver if you need help fastening your seatbelt.
Parents must provide safety and booster seats for children as the law and TACC policy requires.
Food, drinks, the use of tobacco products, and all weapons are prohibited on the vehicle.
When previously arranged, one person, acting as an aide, will be allowed to ride with the scheduled passenger at no charge.
Riders who interfere with the safety or privacy of other riders or the driver may be suspended from transportation services.
If riders repeatedly forget to cancel trips that they have scheduled and do not plan to take, transportation services will be discontinued.
Guide animals are always welcome.
All vans/buses are ADA compliant.
